Don't see why not. The Evo2 did. You may have to modify the flange slightly, but I don't think anyone had to. However, unless you already have the DCRH, I'd say wait for another piece to come out or find a reputable shop, like Full Race or SMPS or someone to make you a custom header. I haven't experienced the DCRH, but I haven't heard good things about its quality standing up to the test of time.

+1, there have been a few threads now about DCRH cracking after a very short period of time

yes it does bolt up to dcrh... cuz i have one.. and mine dcrh has not cracked yet... thank goodness... but it'll work...
