Exhaust Tones. Vids/sound clips.

This might want to be stickied if it takes off.

I am in the market for a new exhaust but I don't want anything high pitched and raspy. I had a Skunk2 (aka RSR) exhaust on my 01 teg and it sounded really good until you hit about 5k. Then it got insanely loud like a banshee with a temper. So we should get a list going of exhaust videos and sound clips so people can hear what the exhaust sounds like before buying one. Also should list other mods which we all know change the sound here and there as well. Thanks guys.

I like the way the Magnaflow sounds in the car but what about outside? The DC sounds like ASS! Sounds like it's an Autozone/O'Reilly's special.

sounds good at a stand still but how's it sound outside the car when you're higher in the RPM's? That's the tone I'm looking for. To many sound nice at low rpm's/idle but get like a bunch of angry bee's at WOT.

I got a Fujita SRI and Greddy EVO2 on my SI. I'll get some video 2morrow after i get the Honda Reflash (Yes HONDA, NOT Hondata just yet). I'm actully kinda curious to hear what it sounds like outside also, all I can hear is the Intake screaming from the inside when i punch it.

Hey there..did you ever get some sound or video clip of the fujita and evo2?
bc i just installed my fujita today but havent drove it..and i have some muffler welded on which sounded pretty good and deep..so ill see with both tomorrow..but ya if you do get back at me! thanks

This is rediculous. All these "comments" need to be removed (including this one) so that thise "sticky" consists only of exhaust sound samples.

O.k. I had posted this vid on another tread but it should be here to show another alternative. Here is a pic of my car with the borla and the vid, I posted the pic because the video came out dark so if anybody wanted to see the muffler better they can see the day pic. Well, the model of the borla is "wailtail".
