I put on the hi flow cat last week and no check engine light. Its definitely worth it, because the high flow cat is much lighter and smaller than the stock one.

Actually he's talking about a universal hi-flow cat that magnaflow makes.

I've seen a customer use the catco high flow cat and he swore he felt a difference.

its universal -- you have to have it welded into place.

I was under the impression that in lieu of an exhaust manifold on the R18, it dumps straight into the first catalytic convertor. Is this the cat your are talking about? There are two cats, correct? Where would the universal go?

can the universal magnaflow high flow cat be installed on the R18? If so, what diameter size would be needed? I saw on procivic.com that there are two types of cats and one looks bigger then the other. are there two converter on the car like the one in the hood and another underneath the car? sorry for all the questions, this my first new car haha thanks
