Need advice about my reflash, and intake!!

ok my current mods are P2R TBS+2 TBG, megan mid-pipe, stock airbox, and hondata reflash. after getting the reflash i seem to be having a slight loss in power when vtec engages untill about 6500 rps...is this due to the stock intake? and will i benefit from a CAI??? thanks!

it will work with either an intake or a header, but it works better when both are present on the car... If you have neither you will suffer a power loss.

Get a intake or a Race header. Or better even both. The TBS is not enough to help your car breath better.

Does anyone know if the Homemade Ice box and test pipe will work with the Reflash?

always look into the requirments of products you buy! Without the right mods the reflash wont do anything

^^^ From what I've learned, the Poor man's intake is good for throttle response and driveability more then an increase in air flow even when paired with a K&N filter. It will work, but for best results a aftermarket intake of some sort is recomended.

Have you done the reflash with the diy icebox style intake? I can't see it being free flowing enough for what they're saying. There is still so many disruptions in the flow of air w/ the stock materials. I would just go with aftermarket.

So would you recommend getting the reflash with the homemade intake or buying a real CAI? I also have the P2R IMG, P2R TBS, 2 P2R TBGs, and a Megan Racing Mid Pipe and Test Pipe.
