well for $400, it better do something good. This actually looks like a worthwhile product. They make products for Mercedes, BMW, etc. that seem to work.

I dont believe so .. i did a decent bit of research a while ago.. seems the BMW crowd as well as others praise these things... i think it would be a worthwhile thing... theres another one out from someone else that is adjustable.. if u get on the one euro 8thcivic site they show alot of stuff we havent seen yet from over that way.. like the 5zigen ram air scoop . that is much better than any ram air anyone in the stated has been doing.. .. hehehe

Wow this is awesome. I wish more people would read this thread and we can get someone to try it out. I really like this idea a LOT. Can we keep bumping this so some of the experts comment on it, or a rich kid with an SI can try it out

I might eventually be "that guy" but I have quite a few mods to get out of the way...like painting my body kit haha.

IF by the time I have an extra $$ pile no one has this...I will be that guy.

http://frontiernet.net/~dbipes/sprin...intBooster.pdf

"Sprint Booster – a technical white paper
Bipes Page 13 September 2007
Conclusions
The Sprint Booster is a simple amplifier that multiplies the accelerator pedal
sensor signal, making the accelerator pedal more sensitive. It does not eliminate
any significant delay in throttle response, nor does it greatly improve acceleration
figures. It does not change the adaptive throttle control programming of
electronic throttle control vehicles. It does change pedal “feel”. This change in
feel is interpreted by some as improved throttle response, acceleration, and a
change in adaptive throttle control programming. Considering what it actually
does, it is expensive."

Where the hell is that ramming the air to? The stock intake box on the bottom or something? That is VERY cool. I want something to somehow ram air to my fujita SRI located way in the back of the engine bay. That is something I would buy/build in a heartbeat.
