The blue ball you remove when installing a short shifter
This one:
Does anyone know the part number for it? I didn't lose mine, but instead of worrying about breaking it to remove it from the Corsport short shifter I'd rather just buy another one so that I can have it to put back on the stock assembly and save time. That or to have as a backup in case I do break it. When I look on Majestic Honda's (or College Hill's) page all I can price out is the entire shift unit itself, as you can see below by looking at number 1: ![]() It's $47 before shipping, and I think it's silly to pay that just to get the ball so has anyone done this and if so, what the part number was? If it's been covered then my apologies. I wasn't exactly sure on what to search for and I couldn't find it in the DIY. |

I've already done it and I can do it again however it's going to be a bit more of a pain in the ass to remove it from the Corsport adapter as there's less room to fit something in there (in relation to when it's on the stock shifter). Before I run the risk of breaking it, I'd like to have a backup just in case something goes wrong. That's all.
