Engine Torque Damper Group buy, anyone?

Who wants to do a group buy for these? They will only ship to confirmed addresses if paying with paypal. And if paying with visa they will only ship to the address of the visa. So there is no getting the item shipped to WA and picking it up. So if we do a group buy we will save on the shipping cost and brokerage fees.
