Ummm almost never. You shouldn't have to between flushes unless you're leaking or running really hot all the time. Are you talking about the overflow tank, or the actual level of fluid in your rad. If your rad level is low... you've got a problem. The overflow is usually low as that's just what it is... overflow.

Are you checking this when the engine's cold? There shouldn't really be anything in there when it's cold (it's all pressurized and anything in the overflow is usually sucked back in).
If you're talking about after you've driven it and it's still hot... you may have a problem there. If the above is the case, check the fluid in your rad, it should always be full right up to the top. (note: do this only when your engine's cold, like in the morning :P) |
