^ i think they need to actually start the changes. i have a feeling the manufacturer didn't even start redesigning cause well... they just dont care. it's not battle endless's fault.

here is my take on this.

They aren't painted, you already have to take them to the bodyshop to get them painted and installed. You can stop begging and bickering and just buy the ones that they have.. take it to the bodyshop and tell them
"hey this has minor fitment problems, would you be able to do what you do best and get it to look good?"

and if you went to a good, reputable bodyshop they'll say

"hey, that's the problem with aftermarket bodykits and lips. We usually get stuff like that all the time. It's no big deal to just bend back or remold it before painting. Give us a few days"

Then you'll be all like..

"Wicked, I knew you guys would come through. I can't wait to see it"

In a few days, there you have it. Your mugen replica sideskirts, no gibberish, no more whining in the thread that they barely check and fail to deliver.

Well, that's what I went through. I dunno about your bodyshops though..
HOWEVER, in the end.. if your bodyshop guys end up being assholes, it is not BE's fault. They'll tell you that before they sell you these faulty ones. I would call your shop first
