2007 Civic EX MT

Cold air intake?

Exhaust?

SI spoiler?

relay for HID's? (they are already installed but the guy who installed them never connected the relay and sometimes my lights flicker)

Do you guys clear headlights? if so, price?

Do you guys powdercoat rims? if so, price?

you can do almost all of those by yourself with simple hand tools... if you can put together legos you can do everything cept powdercoat in your garage

You know, if you can't do a mod yourself that is questionably legal, why ask a reputable place like BE to clear them for a price. They don't need the headaches of whatever happens to you because you decided to get your headlights cleared.

It's an easy operation, there are tonnes of DIY's on this site, you can do it yourself. If you can't, then ask another member, don't ask a company to stick it's neck out on the line for a mod that takes away a safety feature of your vehicle.

Take your own responsibilty for your actions,.
