Megan H-brace and rear lower tie bar in red?

My car is Rallye Red. I don't want any blue bars under my car! Is it possible to get these powdercoated in red? Nomar06 is interested, too.

I wouldn't mind sporting a red Megan H brace and lower tie. Count me in as interested.

Contact Steve Ingles at Race Coated. He does some great work on valve covers for k20a.org, but he also does other parts, so hit him up for a quote. He's also been around here a bit. I think his username is k-series.

I just received an email from Megan saying they only sold them in blue. I was hoping with this sponsor, being a Megan dealer, could somehow get us some. I don't understand why these manufactuers don't offer color choices on these type of things. Maybe I'm just not up with the latest tuner trends, but I just can't see why I would want to put blue chassis braces on my bright red car.

I might see what Race Coated can do.

it's definitely possible to get them in red. the best way (and probably most expensive) is to get them anodized. Celcius on the forum has the h-brace and rear lower tie in red. have him take some pictures for you. they look GOOOOD.

Yeah...it would be nice if we had a spectrum of colors to choose from. I don't understand why they want to make all their stuff in that blue.

If I do buy them, I will have them powdercoated in red, but I think they would increase their market share if their stuff was available in several colors. Am I just too particular about something that's going to be underneath the car?

yep, but alot of people are, so it's okay. i'm almost positive that megan won't be making them in any other colors, but i will talk to one of my buddies over there and pass on the word to the big boss. we'll see what he says. he's been working with me primarily on deciding exactly what to do with the 06/07 civic parts, so maybe he'll take that thought into consideration...

I'm really more concerned about the rear lower tie bar. It's much easier to see than the H-brace, but if I get one powdercoated, I will get the other done, too. It's gonna be a while now before I buy them. I just got in on a group buy in another sponsor's thread.
