I'm assuming this is similar to Rota's (Grid) version of the TE37. Do these come in royal black? If so, what is the price shipped to 94704 (Berkeley, CA) for the 17s? Out of curiosity, what are the specs (weight) of these wheels and why are there so many holes in the middle?
