14.4@97: SUNDAY MAY 4th at Island Dragway

I got there late 2 pm there was a monthly event, and we got abotu half the usual runs in. I am still on my $hitty ACT Clutch, It popped out of first the first run, and the second time second completely slipped.. I thought I lost my tranny. Last run of the day was solid.. Im full interior on street tires, no weight reduction. Ran 14.483@97.16. Fairly Clean pass.. Could have shifted faster probally a little, but i just wanted to get a clean pass in to put up a respectable time. I know 13s are within my reach LEGIT. The car on the left of the slip, a Sentra SE-R, intake and exhaust. I seem to consistantly run better time when im up against cars that run within a second of me. Every time i get lined up with a 10 second mustang, I just try to over do it and the car gives me issues.

I should hope so! But only a 14.4 as your best? My bolt on 04 type s runs close to that. I realize you get the jitters but you should be in the high 13's if not low 13's after a few passes.

Stage 2 cams are not installed yet, another 8th memeber i keep in touch with has installed them and with the reflash alone it would be 13-13.5:1 A/F, so not so great.

I still do have TSX cams

And my Clutch is F'Ked Up. I have only got 2 clean passes down the track.

14.6 @ 97 NOT POWER SHIFTING AT ALL and the 14.4 @97 Power shifting, but not like I to be.

With a good clutch, and not making sure shes in gear when I power shift, I 100% Believe with a 100% clean run im 14 Flat or faster.
