That's called Gymkhana, it's a form of autocross, but it has that weird "parking" BS.
I'm not doubting his skills, but he was driving a Lotus 7 replica. Those cars are basically formula cars with "fenders" and feature more power than the original could ever ask for. A lot of those tight maneuvers could be replicated by any decent autocrosser here in the U.S. FYI: There are a few of those out there running around with the S2000 engine and trans!
