I have owned one and if your asking if it is quicker/ faster than an SI, Yes. The 2004 TL is quicker than SI pending the driver is sufficient. I tracked mine often stock and modified. my best stock with just intake was a 14.0 and 99. Im a decent driver. i dont think im god of a track but i can drive pretty well. I also put a comptech blower on it with some other goodies with about 315WHP and i ran 13.4's consistantly. great times? not but for a 4dr sedan, ill take it.

Depends on the driver. i know that the TL will probably run high 14's. you should be in the low 14's if you can drive.

way to many variables, but technically speaking the si SHOULD win. IMO though 9 times out of 10 I would take the TL to win simply because it eliminates drivers error with the auto, and I have seen some horrible Si times.
