Nothing wrong with your car. How much gas did you have? Spare tire + jack removed? There is like one person that
may have legitamately got 14.8 bone stock. You have to understand that that was under ideal conditions; Track elevation, weather conditions, track condition, tire pressure and launch all contribute and hitting 15.2 stock is probably better than most...
Asd far as the mini - you're assuming that you know anything about the car when obviously you don't. It could have been a tuned turbo'd, it could have been a pulleyed sc'd, who know's it could have been a one off twin turbo rotary or a v8 or nitrous or (way more likely) a stock turbo or sc that got a better launch or quicker shifts, or even a better lane. No point in assuming, worrying etc... If you want to win, don't whine, just mod your car (reflash seems like a good option,) get back out there, practice launching, shifting and driving, and stop assuming anything!
