first time out in the fa5 @ california dragway
well here it goes..california speedway 03/08/2008
2007 civic si sedan mods: fujita sri bf goodrich drag radials 2007 fa5 1999? mitsu gst r/t..... .409 .607 60'.... 2.304 2.330 330... 6.202 6.269 1/8.... 9.550 9.569 mph... 75.41 74.65 1000.. 12.363 12.397 1/4.... 14.730 14.802 mph... 95.19 93.08 this was my fastest time of the day..im still trying to figure out how to launch the car.massive wheel hop @ the start...i'll get it....

thanks! ...i'll keep trying. do you guys think the ingalls torque damper would help? ..i've been considering it.if so i think i'll go ahead and get a race header and the torque damper ...then im pretty sure i'll get into the low 14's ..heck maybe even high 13's ...now if i could only figure out how to launch.....

yeah good job man, i had doubts about you pullin in the 14's but i see drag radials make a huge difference. I gotta work on my launches too. I thought launching this car would be cake since i used to drive a car with 256wtq and could cut 2.2's on street tires. practice makes perfect.

OP, good job. The key to a good time with the Si seems to be in the launch. It is trying to find the correct rpm to launch from that is a balance of wheelspin and traction. I know these cars have potential. I am excited to see what you get with a race header.
