well, if its an eclipse GST as he suggested, then thats actually a pretty sh*tty time, even stock. Those cars ARE turbo'd, lets not forget

Maybe bad conditions? I dunno, cuz his SI didnt get a very good time either, 'specially with drag radials.

the conditions were horrible...like i said, it was a very hot day..i know my time would have been a hell of alot better...also, california speedway isnt exactly the fastest track around..

I ran 12.6 @ 109mph in my GSX. Ran several 8.0 sec 1/8 miles @ 87-88mph with 1.7X launches (60ft).

I'm not expecting this car to be fast at all. I'm not even interested in going to the dragstrip, other than using it to check out which mods work, and by how much. It can be fun, but drag launches are hard on the car/clutch.

its the fastest track we have available. i heard carlsbad used to be a good track but the conditions they kept it at sucked

i should of went to this even but the last drag event they had there messed up my clutch. I don't feel like dropping another 800 bux to replace the clutch again. Those hard launches and feathering the clutch really wear it out good.
