We're meeting up at the horse thief mile track in rosamond, ca on March 29, 2008. 8thcivic is invited to join this event. My friend is also coming along and inviting those from the RX8Club.com. Let the civic si and rx8s battle begin! Haha jk, it's really all about having fun so don't be afraid to show up and participate!

My Registration Info at Speed Ventures - Track Events for Everyone!

Experience Level: I have some prior track experience but am not comfortable with aggressive driving OR I tend to drive slower than most other drivers.

Run Group: Blue (For INTERMEDIATE drivers. Point-by passing only, anywhere on track.)

Car: 2006 Honda Civic Si HP:197 Tires:Nitto NT01 (Race)

Timing: I require a transponder. <---GET ONE, you should know your times to see if you're improving each session.

Just a quick reminder that track day is this month. This will leave you enough time to prep your car or buy your upgrades. If you're new and don't want to spend a lot of money, I suggest you get some negative camber up front and upgraded brake pads. This will help keep the outer tire from wearing out unevenly. (take a look at my photo below, the one with the missing patch) =)

how is speed ventures are they cool ?
i want to try them out in May for the streets of willow
i had a track day with redline i payd for the class they give kinda of a waste of money to me i learnd alot more when a instructer took a ride with me

I haven't had an instructor ride with me the last time I was there...However, I will have one ride with me this time. I think the only difference between redline and speedventures is a 10 dollar difference, but speedventures gives you a free meal ticket which kinda makes up for it. =)

well iam not going this month but iam going to try and make it out for the streets of willow on May 10th for my 21st birthday

If you took the class at Redline, you should have gotten an instructor to ride and drive with you. If you paid for the class and did not get an instructor, please let me know so I can credit you the cost of the school towards any Redline Track Event.

wow... yea i did get instructor to ride with me thanks hahah its just almost all the things they talked about in the class i knew from other ways
