Wow, a budding Jeff Gordon there. Timed nice too to coincide with the Daytona 500. I loved it. Looks like it was a lot of fun. Repped +

We have that at a couple of the local circle tracks around here, they call it King of the Hill or Spectator Racing. I've done it a couple of times with my EG Sedan. Beat a Subaru Forester XT (he had some massive understeer in the corners) but then lost to an RX-7 (who does it every weekend) who got out ahead of me and then put his car into a beautiful drift around the whole track... there was no way I was going around him!

The same RX-7 was running another RX-7 in a race before the one with me and they got too close and he spun the other guy around and he ended up backing into the wall and writing off his car. There was also another guy in (what looked like his mom's) Buick who apparently didn't understand braking before the turn and drove straight into the wall and wrecked his car too...

Buddy of mine ran his Integra into the wall last fall and not only did he write off the car but he spent a few weeks in Hospital and most of the winter on crutches with 2 broken legs, a broken arm and 2 broken wrists...

It is fun, but be careful!!!

Thats why my heart was pounding in my face!! In both races i went waaay wide... theres no money involved that would pay my car off so preservation of my investment was my main concern. I do how ever like to win... so ive replayed that race in my feeble little mind a million times about what i should have done... arrgh!

Yeah, I was tunning Toyo RA-1 R compounds and my car does not understeer much at all so I stuck right to the inside wall every time. The banking helps too!!! I only worry about having some yahoo on the inside of me who thinks their car will be able to turn and it won't... then they take me out to the wall with them!!!

The camera is just fine... the camera's operator (my lovely wife) that doesnt use auto focus or even aim it at most of the event is the real issue at hand.. i let her have it though... lol

Im going back eventually with better suspension and sticky fronts... i could feel the car struggle to turn and accelerate at the same time.. very frustrating.

Thanks for all the feedback!!!

i got you, circuit racing track is just another better choice than autocross or super speed way. just my opinion, nothing serious bro.
