RACED AND GOT SCREWED!

OKAY SO i just got back from some race vs some team that were calling me out! i go to their meet up place and we book it to race.... so im racing a fixed up h22 civic hatchback, with slicks, cams and everything you can imagine except turbo or nos. okay we're in the place where we racing we go at it and i miss third gear, the guy was all like give me the $20 bucks we bet, i told him double or nothing. so we go again, he misses 3rd now so im like give me my 40. so he says **** you lets race again, so we race i beat him again... now he's saying there was a car infront of him wtf!!! its 11 pm in a long as street with no cars! so okay **** it he's trying to be cool with his team so we race AGAIN! now i beat him but he kept going and said that the finish line was up ahead... i just said **** it and came home... so mad that people dont like to lose and the interesting part is that they were switching drivers every time we raced, like if it makes a difference! though one of them did keep up a lot he was good. i was so mad i forgot about powershifting and double clutching! plus i was launching at 3500 and shifting at 8200

YOu should try launching at 5500, thats what a guy was launching when he hit 14.2 with the all season tires. He also had the Evo II exhaust.
Good Kills though

Respect doesn't pay for the mods to make your car go faster. Money does!

EXACTLY!
There is someone in my area that has an H22 in an EG with stock header, exhaust, and a SRI...13.7 1/4mile, on street tire. You are saying fully built? Forget about it. You were lucky.
Powershifting is bad any way that you look at it. If you want to shift faster...practice. I have never met anyone that power shifts faster than I can shift with lifting the clutch. Power shifting is bad news bears.
