A 15.3 is a good, consistant time. a 14.7 is a great time, but i wont be blowing out my tranny just to hit those times.

My track sucks, I am still the fastest 06+ SI have ever seen in person and I'm only running 14.5. However since then I have added TSX cams and the V2 X intake and hopefully by the time the track opens I'll at least have new tires.

Damn dude, your car really bogged down off the start

Nice runs! Very consistent times. Did you do anything different to shave those few tenths?

Maybe because my tire pressure was set at 19 PSI?

I always run better times if I launch at like 3500, but my track has no traction, so even when slipping the clutch you just spin. I leave my tire pressure stock and run like 14.5 at 96-97

Haha, no I have lowered it too, stock tires don't really benefit from lowering tire pressure. 19 psi is way too low and you are giving up mph. I run 2.2 60fts on stock psi consistently.

On stock psi all i do is wheel hop, and run 15.7's. Lowering the PSI DOES help.

It's all about what track you are at I think. Changing the psi never really did much for any of my runs. When I switch to better tires I probably will, but I never go lower than 30psi at the track I go to for now.
