I am autocrossing my '06 Si for the first time this weekend. I am running virtually stock. I have installed a K&N air filter and I'm running Kosei - K1 17" x 7" wheels w/ 225/45-17 Hoosier A6 tires. I'll be competing in the BMW Car Club - local chapter's event. There will be a lot of BMWs and MINI Coopers competing. I'll let you know how the Si does. Stay Tuned!

I'll make an educated guess - given the bumper sticker. Dogs bollocks.

But you should read the definition of bollocks first.

Yeah, the pavement was breaking up in a few spots but everybody had to deal with it. So it didn't really impair the competition.

About the tag...In the UK, If you have a cool car, they'll exclaim " It's the dog's bollocks!" It's kinda like the metaphor "the cat's meow"

Good to see someone using the new Civic for something other than street/drag racing.

Do you compete in G Stock (SCCA) at all, or do you mainly run with the BMWCCA? Regardless, I've been having a great deal of success wth my LX Coupe in the NJ/PA/MD area. I plan on seeing if I can unseat the base MINI Cooper next month at the Devens National Tour and the DC ProSolo even though the car is stock even by H Stock standards (other than camber bolts, an aggressive alignment, and V710's; still waiting on when Koni is going to start production of direct replacement units for the new FG chassis).

Look for the Pro class and the PAX results.

This was my 1st autocross. If I do run SCCA, I will run GS. On a positive note, there was a couple (Jeff & Jodi Bradley) at the BMWCCA event. They run SCCA Divisionals in GS with a MINI Cooper S. I was just a little over 1 second off of Jeff and 1 1/2 second off of Jodi. Being my first time, I am confident that I will get a whole lot faster. I still have a lot to learn, and that just comes with "seat time" I also need to get a better exhaust system and some different shocks and a larger frt. swaybar. i would be interested in your "aggressive alignment" specs, if you are willing to share. I'm new at this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
