Junkyard wheels

Anyone know if there are wheels from other cars in a 14" rim size that has the same bolt pattern and offset as our 06 Si? Even a 13" may work, a taller drag slick will give the best traction with the same comparable width. Also anyone ever try launching at 6100 rpm with slicks. Did it bog or go?If so did anything break? Will the clutch hold it that high? Thanks

You might want to check brake clearance. We have 11.8" rotors. If you add the calipers you are looking at about 13". You may not be able to go smaller than 15". Can anyone verify this?

There is no way you can fit 14" wheels or even 15" for that matter on an Si. Even the stock 16" wheels from Honda are supposidly not able to fit. There is a guy in Ottawa that has steelies with winter tires on, but I dont know what size those are? Im sure rim manufacturers will eventually produce a drag rim to fit the Si........maybe?
