Raced an 03-05 Miata

I drive a SI, got off the highway headin home after puttin in some job applications and a miata pulls up next to me in a turn. After about 10 minutes of messin around with each other on the main st. we break off onto a side street where traffic was basically nonexsistant. we start messin with each other again doin around 30 mph. We punch it about halfway through a turn and just book it. I'm redlinin each shift till we get up to about 100mph. He beat me by about a half a car length, but I figured as much considering this thing was [u][b]highly[u][b]modified. From what I could tell the dude had full suspension upgrades, exhaust and definitly boosted after hearing the blowoff early on through one of his shifts. I'm pretty sure dude was holding back some but i'm pretty impressed with how quick the SI's really are stock.
