That's gonna be a close race. You guys should go to the track to find out. The R18 turbo has more power than the SI at the wheels. Another this is that he's lighter. But you might never know, the SI has a better top-end than the R18 and better gearing. I say it's 50/50.

he doesnt even have the turbo yet lol. look at albert, already trash talking like a champ. HAHA. well i'd say the Si should still take the victory.....unless u grind 3rd(which is VERY POSSIBLE).

btw, i'm biased cuz i have an Si, so go ERUPT!

edit: 210 to the wheels? um...............

I agree, its gonna be a drivers race. The R18 has more power but the K20 has longer legs and can uses its power longer.

I think it would probably be a close race but I say the Si would win because of the transmission advantage, even though the R18 may have more power it is still being delivered through an automatic transmission. Where as the Si has a close ratio tranny which will stay in vtec during a race.

And not to change the subject or sound vicious, but I have to say those red rims on the NHBP Si are hideous.

He should "win" your si. If only you lost 8 more lbs by getting a "carbon fiber hood and trunk".

As long as the Si pulls at least a length before the LX's turbo kicks in, Si will take the win.

And yes, this could be the race of the century, I vote for canyons also

slushbox with fuel economy gears...... around the same whp as a stock si.....my money is on the si, should be close though. At the same time, if the si guy cant drive, r18t could walk.

si by 2-3 car lengths by 100mph
