to avoid 15 pages of bitching, yes you will win the Si is unmatched even by a car with way more power.

All depends on the driver. The SRT4 is pushing around 12-16psi stock so depending if the driver knows how to drive the car. Just remember SRT4 can't outrun UGLY!

Nice. +1 for that one.

...and to the OP...if you do race him (umm...which you'll lose by the way) do it on a track even if you didn't plan to until now.

I think it will be a decently close race.

as little as i know about jameslewis' car...i read somewhere on here that he has internal engine work done. porting/polishing and so on. also might have the reflash which is a big difference when combined with a RH. all of which the OP has none of...

^lol. well that may be, but you have a header, reflash and a few other mods that the OP doesnt have. you might be a little higher that 200whp and a stock srt-4 is what...230whp? so you staying even from a roll isnt too far off, but the OP dodesnt have a chance.

^^^^boy oh boy this thread is filling up quickly with bs your right on that my friend. I had an srt4 that i traded in when i bought the civic. From a roll the OP has absolutely no chance regardless of speeds. The srt4 is alot of things but slow it isn't. I need to stop reading these damn race threads this is the stuff that makes us as a forum look really bad. Since the last bitching thread was closed I will remain silent in this one.............

i personally know james, and have seen an been in his car, all he has done is no axle back due to bolts breaking and X's custom intake mod, he has plans for internal work etc etc.... but is holding off on that, keep in mind he did run a low 14 second pass while stock.

It just all depends on the driver i raced an srt-4 from about a 30mph roll and i beat hime several times and he kept wanting to race me and i beat him 3 times but when we went from a slower roll we were side by side and i had a passenger and he was by himself and he thought i had a supercharger or turbo but we stopped at a gas station and i showed him and he was very suprised that i was telling the truth that i only had intake and exhaust. but im not saying that the si is faster i was very suprised myself.

I have a friend running 9.1 in the 1/8 of a mile with his srt-4 and i think the Si stock is around 9.6 stock.

you can't compare a stock engine vs a turbo one.
