Finally!! 13's in my SI

Finally joined the 13's club with my 07 Civic SI sedan. Ran consent 14's and with my last 2 runs hit 13.916 @99.60 60' (2.070) and 13.888 @ 98.93 60' (1.977). And still not satified until I hit the 12's so here we go again with many more upgrades to come.

Just for the record which are your mods and which tire you use in the track (size, brand, model) 2.0 isn't easy to do with regular radials.

Good run

Must be a poorly prepped/slow track! I just can't see how you're running that slow with those numbers and drag tires. Is the car hooking up or are you spinning through 3rd? I would expect to see 100+ mph either way though.

Good job though...it will keep coming down for you.

Arrogance is the most annoying thing EVER. You really need to think things through before you say them, it just pisses people off when you act as if you're the end-all-be-all driver.

that's 60'ft is very nice congrats , but somethings wrong,u should be more faster looks like ur top end is fading , at least with 250whp you should be runing 13.5-13.6 with drag radials , maybe u put the tire psi too low , u will lose top end with that , but then again congrats that's a fast time...my car was under 200whp before i traped @ 105mph and it's allmotor ,yup ur trap should be at least 110mph good luck next time

110 mph?! I'm thinking more like 105 max. Still good times, you have a lot of room for improvement though.

Although he may not have said it in the most appropriate way, I have to agree with him...

Honestly, the only thing that's been holding me back from the GReddy kit is that it's not in stock in the US right now...until I read this post.

Not for nothing, I'm at 14.2 @ 98mph with a 2.2 60ft...with just DCRH and Vibrant cat-back and BFG Radials.

If I drop ~$3500 on the GReddy Turbo and all the accessories that go with it (boost gauge, wideband) just to brake a 13.8xx, I'm going to be pissed.

Your 60ft is great, but that trap is horrible. Be honest, how many gears did you miss?

Okay so what do you say to someone that brags about his hatch with a k20 stock running high 12's when we run high 13's with a turbo?
I am still kind of wishing I just did a k20 hatch instead of an Si....

well allmotor power is way diff than turbo , 250whp turbo is like 200whp allmotor, plus his turbo is tuned by emanage, wait for k pro i bet he can hit high 12's too with 3000 lbs car, plus a k20 hatch is old body , paint is old plus u need cash to build this , everybody prolly will do a k20 hatch if they have cash to burn , a well build k20 hatch cost like 10k it's kinda hard to get 10k , it's easier to finance a brand new si, i have a built car before but now i don't have extra money so im driving a si
