bone stock run..lined up with an 06GTi

Well Let me start off by saying this is my first time at the track with a MTX car. I've been to the track before but with an automatic, so yeah Im a big time Noob. with that said here was my best run @ Moroso in West Palm Beach Fl..Temp was about mid to high 60's, and I have the crap Michlin pilots.

Launched @ around 3000 rpms maybe slightly higher like 3100ish

R/T = 0.50
60ft = 2.216
330ft= 6.510
1/8 = 9.951 @ 72.52
1000ft = 12.869
1/4 = 15.345 @ 91.61

..FG2 OWNERS you will be happy to know that this run was up against the 06 GTi, and yes I did beat him. He ran a 15.7 you'll see in the video, although it looks like we are dead even. I will give him credit tho..all night me an him were close in times..til he ended up running a 14.9! I just need practice, Im happy with these beginner results. I will run it again next week so hope fully i can break a 15 flat or who knows maybe a 14.9?

Nice win, and about the 14.9, you can definitely do it with some practice, there have been 14.8's stock, practice makes perfect.

it was a joke, i was quoting fast and furious, b/c what webby said was a line from that movie too. it wasn't meant as a dig to you just responding to webby. I think its awesome that you took a gti.

Nice Run man!! Funny how I noticed this thread, and just yesterday some 03 GTI wanted to race me after I had pretended I didnt want to race because I needed to get into his lane to turn right. Well I ended up leaving him behind for like a mile, and then once he catched up to me, seeing him going like 70 in my mirror with his HIDs, to bad for him, I had to turn, or else I would of accepted his challenge later on in the next light. Damn, I wish I didnt have to turn

..be careful on the streets man..i take most of my racing to the track, more fun, and safe..careful out there.

Dont worry man, ive very carefull, always looking around, always aware of the cars around me, and I definately wouldnt let my car get into any danger, I mean just to look for a good parking spot for me, it takes awhile. So that shows how much I care about my car, and when I race, its only when theres no cars, or if the area im in seems safe. Dont worry, I got this, I got this
