I could understand if this was an si vs. (insert other make/model here) thread, but a civic vs. an accord. The accord's purpose in being built is to be the next step up from the civic. It's more luxurious, the coupe has a cleaner design (imo), has more power, more tq, etc. etc. and this was all done on purpose... to outperform the level of car below it in every way. Granted, they sacrificed handling for looks, but unless you're in the twisties just go into thinking that your going to lose and just be happy if any other outcome actually happens.
