07 speed6 vs. 07 zo6

So the other day me and a couple of my friends were talking bout this. My friend clams this happened and the speed6 won. I dont believe it, he says he was in the car when it happened. Both cars are stock, so let me know what yall think about this.

many factors that can determine who will win. but if the zo6 has a competant driver, it should win. i wouldnt even say that the zo6 has to be a good driver..as long as they can drive, lol

unless that driver of the z06 was retarded... that can't be possible... a z06 has a 0-60 of about 4secs... and mazdaspeed6 is mid 5s to 6secs...

The Z06 driver would have to be a corpse to lose that race. If the driver has half a brain they should be able to win that race. 505hp insanely fast sports car....vs. a MS6......not even close.

or maybe it wasnt a z06.. could be a fake badge on the vette' haha..

I've seen 07 z06's walk new vipers and lambo's I really doubt that is ever going to happen :)

its stupid to say which car is faster from a street race..instead of the driver in the z06 being stupid, he probably quit trying in the middle of the race, due to not giving a shit, or probably knew of a cop hide out coming up...but of course a spped6 cannot beat a z06

but you got to think if you were in the z06 and a sedan came up to you and started to mess with you, i think you would try to show the sedan what you got.

The z06 was not racing or was just messing with the speed6. IIRC, someone hit the 10's with a zo6 with nothing but DR's. The car is well into the 11's stock. There's really no comparison.

Excuse me but, at what hight did the race take place?? I've seen Focus ST killing Vettes at 2200 m over the sea level, that's why I think this is an important fact, altitude does matter when a N/A and a Tubo race each other.

Lol if this was on the street there is no way to justify that the z06 was racing. i call a BS on this one. IF it was on a quarter it would be more plausible. BUT the new 07 z06 has been faster than the f430 in certain areas!!! It also has had 11 1/4!!!

this thread is a joke. Cmon now. Im new to the site and honestly anyone that said a ms6 beat a zo6 is in need of some medical attention. Ms6 run a high high 13 sec 1/4 mile if u r lucky. A z06 runs like a 12 sec quarter mile. Thats huge. cmon seriously now.

Good drivers hit mid 11's completely stock in new z06's... this thread is worthless.
