Actual 0-60 times
So anyone ever get solid 0-60 times of their cars ?
I datalogged a 0-60 just earlier on my car and managed a 6.8 with exactly 1 second of slipping the clutch at 21mph due to wheel hop. 1.25 seconds in I was doing 21mph, and slipped the clutch in to 2.15ish. I revved to 4k, got rolling and punched the gas strangest thing it didn't start hopping untill 4k ish RPM. *well I'm going to do this again and try not to get the hop or slip the clutch midway through first. Sub 6 seconds ? |

Go to an 1/8th mile track, run the car, and plug your 1/8th mile time and trap into a 0 to 60 calculator... that'll get you a better figure and closer to how everyone rates 0 to 60.
FYI, 5.0 flat with bolt ons.

I see, well no 1/8th track here
![]() my car is still on stock header back exhaust and intake box. I think it I rev out higher say 5k I won't get that wheel hop and I should b around 6ish. Mind you I don't run around EVER dropping clutch and peeling out on street races so I still have this massive learning curve. How much is a V BOX ? tires are stock michellin all seasons, 40PSI. |

ok on a 14.7 1/4 et my 0-60 was 5.8.
that wasnt with this current setup I have though, that was with a BCRH and vibrant catback only and flashpro etune last fall. my car actually feels faster with my current mods now or just as fast without even having a header or exhaust. |
