First night at the track

Ok...well...I went to the track for the first time in my Si last night and want some peoples advice on how to improve my time because I did horrible! I have an 06 Si with the HFP rims but with the Dunlop Summer tires which I think shoul've helped...but here are my times for you to yell at me! ha ha

There's no attachments, but just do some searching, it has been covered in several different threads of how to launch, what RPM's to shift at, etc.

It's ok,you'll get the hang of it,just practise and use what works for you.Some ppl say slip the clutch and some dump it so try different thing till you drop your times.The most important distance is the first 60 ft.get that time down into the 2.2/2.3 area and with good shifts the rest of the way you'll be on track to mid 14's in no time.That btw would be if you are stock.

judging by your 60ft....which could be improved but isnt the main culprit here......

you shift like a woman and/or grandma

how do i know this? simple math

60ft isnt bad at all....should be a 2.2 though.

mph = low.

shifting > you

youll get better with experience.
