hey bro thanks for the rep.
yea i did a 14.295@97mph and my car is completely stock.
i posted a thread about it and got alot of people calling bs but the good thing was the day after i went to a 8thcivic meet and showed alot of people my slips and i left the number on my window for proof. 14.7@98(missed 2nd), 14.3@98, and 14.2@97. also another 8thcivic member was at the track and seen me do a 14.4@98 and the track was so f-ed up. he also checked out my car to see if it was stock and seen my slips

i really think i can hit 13s now because i did some stuff to my car. lowered and shifter and some other stuff with stock parts that im not going to say unless its in person.
all i can say is my friend sean and i raced before from a role and we were both stock and both dead nuts. the other week we went to a clubrsx meet and we went from a role again and from 3rd gear to 4th i pulled him pretty good and very noticable!

Thanks man!

I haven't hit 13's yet. I am a very determined person, and wanted to hit a 13.9999 before I bought the reflash... I just simply wasn't able too.... So the ecu is currently at Hondata get the reflash and come May, I am pretty positive I will be shooting for a solid.....well solid 13..(not much for a 'internet racer', would rather show video and timeslip, than brag before it happens)

Thanks for the support!

For those of you that are running low 14's stock...

what RPM are you launching @ and when are you shifting...gear by gear.

I never really took my car to the track stock but my best so far with AEM CAI and DCRH is 14.54 with my 60 ft. somewhere in the 2.3's.I also changed the tires to B.F. Goodrich G-force sports.I ran this amazingly mundane time sometime in Sept in central Tx so maybe heat was a factor.Any tips will be appreciated.

Most of the people on here claiming to hit low 14's never put up there time slip so there claims are quesitionable. I think mid 14's is possible with the right conditions and it depends on the track and your tire pressure.

i would have to agree mid 14s r very believable....with good track, good driver, good weather conditions, etc.........but low 14s, i don't think it's impossible but it is very questionable.....

The reason I don't believe jameslewis is because if you don't launch off the 5500 rpm limiter, you hook and bog under vtec. To obtain a great time you need to modulate the clutch so it hooks right into vtec.... A stock si doesn't have enough power to launch at 4500 and spin enough to still need to slip the clutch... I launch at 5500 with full bolt ons and still find myself bogging time to time. You will also need to rev higher than 7900... After MANY MANY times down the track I have found the best technique to be to

Rev to 5500
Pop clutch (sometimes I needed to slip the clutch, but that was after tracks traction compound was worn/gone)
Shift at 8400rpms

14.11 / 14.133 / 14.135 (I believe) are my best times.... They can be backed up with timeslips and video...

jameslewis has a timeslip with a number on it, but in my opinion, it doesn't take skill to obtain a timeslip from someone else, write their number on your car with a $1 bingo dauber, and call the time yours. Get video jameslewis and I will eat my words, until then I do not believe you, and nobody else should either.

y'all just need to eat sum cake and call it a day.....lol....like i said everything must be perfect not just right.......i still don't think it's impossible, but very hard to believe.....i've driven my car at the track numerous times.....the best i got was:

launched: 3300rpm & slipped the clutch
60'-2.359
1/4-14.989
MPH-94.78

although i feel that had i gotten another run i would've come out with at least a 14.6-14.7......that was my second run that night and i was experimenting with my launch.....i only got 2 runs that night.....

so with that in mind.....and me knowing that the track down here is probably the worst one in the country.....i feel as if i could pull a 14.7 on a sorry track 100% stock then 14.2 shouldn't be that far away......with perfect conditions
