r these guys powershifting?

im jus wondering, i go on club rsx and i check out the part of the site where u can post ur time slips, and these guys are running high 13s and low 14s allot, with the same type of mods the si's on 8thcivic the i/h/e/ecu, well the thing thats bothering me is that they didnt say how they were driving, you would think there powershifting but they dont say anything. i would message them but im not allowed yet, but if u guys kno anything jus let me kno cuz its really bothering me

IMO: I believe that they are power shifting. Its very difficult to achieve good times not doin it.

Maybe for ECU they have K-Pro which should offer more gains, if only by a slight margin

Powershifting is when you shift without letting go of the gas.

For example - You're in 2nd gear, you hit 8k RPM, you hit the cluctch, shift into third, and while all thats happening your foot never leaves the gas. You gotta be quick though or else the needle will start bouncing.

I was power shifting at the track didn't notice a hugeee difference in time.

Maybe lol You have to be carefull with power shifting though. It can either hurt your time really bad if you don't pop the clutch at just the right time it will mess you all up, or it can be good if you're smooth with it.
