Whats a Decent 60ft time?

I was just wondering because I'm getting 2.41 on my 60Ft time at the track. I dunno if this is good or bad?

the lower it is...the better you are... a 2.41 is pretty bad...it means your spinning like crazy off the line...take this from someone who has a 500whp srt-4 and spins 1st-3rd LOL...

ANYTHING below a1.8- 2.0 is pretty good... anything between1.7-1.5 is skillful driving on styreet tires to say the least...

For a stock SI, a good 60' is about a 2.2, I think some have been able to get a 2.1, but I think you have to be a very skillful driver for that.

I would think a 2.2 would be about average, and should not be all that hard to get from expierence with FWD.

I keep forgetting the honda doesn't have as much torque as the SRT4...and the tires aren't stock summer tires unless you upgrade... I still think a sub 2 second 60 footer is entirely possible...

sub 2.0 is close to impossible with these cars stock. no tq+fwd+decent driver=2.2-2.3 60'. 2.4 isn't that good and ur losing time off of ur 1/4 mile time. ur probably in the low-mid 15s with that 60'.

stock michelin all seasons.... 2.4 is the average i see people get and that's bad.

on the stock all seasons a good time should be high 2.1x to 2.2x for the average driver... a skillful driver will be better obviously...

but even the summer pilot pe2 won't net u that much of a better time ...

if u want to really improve... get stickier tires, wider than stock, lighter rims, and practice.

visit the 'timeslip' area of this site, there is a "60 ft" section that will help give you an idea...
