8th gen member @ etown friday night

i was at the e-town with my 06 Blaze orange metallic RSX-S last night.

i lined up with a silver civic sedan w/ an 8th gen decal on his window

he looked pretty stock...ran a 16.1@85(he was next to me almost until the 1/8th mile because i launched so bad that the wheelhop made my cel flash

i was pretty mad...i ran a bogus 14.1@96 my first time(i assume it was due to the impossible 1.7 60ft time). so i really wanted to do well my second run, but i got anxious and launched to hard ...ended up hitting 15.3 w/ a 2.960ft...96 trap seemed correct though

anyways...good run...props on running a very respectable time for a car that gets 40mpg

is that rsx-s stock or modded?

came sooo close to buying an rsx-s in blaze orange as well, but the it was love at first sight with the new si. plus a few grand cheaper.

i came really close to getting an 06 Si too. there werent many around. the toyota dealer by me has a used one for 23500..lol

loved the 06 Si test drove, but they wanted me to pay over MSRP and offered me less for my trade...honestly now if i had takem the 06 Si and kept my gt-s i think i would have made out better since i was so upsidedown on my celica anyway...crap another regret...lol...really love my RSX though
