Poor Day at Moroso

Yesterday was my 2nd time out at Moroso to run my Car.....
I agree with Demon Llamma...that Moroso does suck....

Anways I got there yesterday and It was raining cats and dogs, It cleared so they prepped the track for everyone to run......I got nuthing but wheels spin 1st and 2nd all motor.....I made the mistake of spraying on 2nd and got nothing but wheel hop.....The last time I was at the track I had a CAI and a Test pipe, and ran a 14.8.....I guess its experience too....This time it was terrible......here are the Vids........

^^^^^this run I sprayed second ...spun so much when I threw 3rd I was way under my VTEC engagment point...next Ill do it on 3rd...It was a 14.5....Ill post up the slips later

^^^^^This run was all motor with a Mustang with mods on slicks...I launched a little under 5 grand ,cuz I was getting too much wheel hop...And it felt faster but my 60 ft. was abit longer...Ran a crappy 15.1

....W/E....there you go everyone I guess practice Makes perfect

Yea just got to keep practicing...everyone wasnt runnin well though ...there was a guy with a SC vette that was runnin 11.8...and he only barely broke 12's.....Im just going to keep practicing

The track and the humidity....And like I said before practice makes perfect...just got to keep trying I guess... I need to impove my launch's or find a way to reduce wheels hop.

Next time your going to go like to brandenton, let me know cuz ill ride with you Demon Llama.....I know you understand cuz of the boost , but Damn I got alot of spin .....Like on the street I get alot better traction....its cuz of the 2nd gr. rolls...I guess......I need to pass by All Jap to have a talk with you guys

didn't go cuz of the rain...
apart from that i know how f*cked up that track is.....don't launch over 4500....u'll spin too much....personally after many many runs the day i went there i realised the best launching point was around 3800 for that track...

but then again we are in south florida....so the heat and humidy doesn't make things any better....

but that track sucks....that being said...i'll go back again and just keep it all relative...i know if i run a good time there, i'm running exceptional times elsewhere.

I could drive my car...Im just not experieced on the drag strip...I really dont care much about it ,I just went out there to see what kinda of time I could pull.....anyways ........what you run on the track dont mean shit....at least to me , I dont make the Si look bad if anything its the opposite....I have a video on this site of me doing a bottle run on the streets...your more than welcome to take a look

LOL...ummm ......focus?....+1 about the track thing ,,,, the emblem came of a 04-05 ep3....I forgot what jets they are , but I think they're 41 n2o and like 36 fuel

Its a NOS kit =)
