those headlights are known to suck. if you had done your reasearch on them you would have found out htey are a kinda of hit and miss item. some have a good light pattern, some are so crappy they cannot even be adjusted without removing them.

to be honest, call up the manufacturer of the lights (not distrubutor) and see what they will do.

Masi-

Please call us up during our business hours and we will work out a refund.

I still do not believe these to be defective, nor does the manufacturer but I will do what I can anyways to take these back so you don’t feel like you’ve been screwed.
We are not in business to make one sale from a customer and then go run and hide if something bad happens. We DO stand behind all our products and we are here every day answering emails and phone calls. This is a rare situation because if something is defective it is usually pretty night and day. This on the other hand is very questionable that there is anything wrong with the product so I guess it’s more of judgment call.

I do appreciate other members sticking up, so thank you guys for that

Joe-

Its fine give me a refund when you see there is something wrong with them other then that im not geting anymore involved with you then I already have goten I dont want you to give me a refund if you dont see nothing wrong with themI still cant see how you would give me a refund if there is nothing wrong with the headlights? If I ran my buisness I sure as hell wouldent give someone a refund if I dident belive there was nothing wrong with them why the sudden change in heart or the contradiction why cant you be straight forward. Your a fake you can keep my money but I reserve the right to call you that and to make sure no one makes a mistake of buying somthing off of AUI, not my familiy friends and 8th community. Giving a refund even thou nothings wrong pshhh! 3months Iv been going at it and finally "Uhhhh I still dont see anything wrong with them but uhhhh but ill give you a refund" WoW

k20 - take the rest of the argument to PM/email/phone if you don't want the refund.
Yesterday you posted how upset you were with the lights and wanted a refund . Today he's offered you a refund and now you don't want it.

If something didn't come in one piece, and was missing clips, you should have returned the item for an undamaged product. From your posts, it sounds like you decided to go out and buy clips to just install the lights anyway. Then you installed the lights, and posted pictures. The first two pictures don't really show "broken" headlights. I have no idea how far you are from the door, but you definitely have hot spots in the photos. The one almost makes me think your bulb/shield is causing the spots/shadows.

it's hard to compare that to anything like a retrofit or a hid wall shot

I've seen numerous after market headlights in person, and I've yet to see one that provided a very even light pattern like this pic above. There are countless threads where users provide wall shots or feedback on aftermarket lights versus the stock lights. I've yet to see someone say the quality/light output was better on aftermarket vs oem, unless retrofitting.

question about the crap ebay projector headlights with three leds
headlights ebay
Halo Projector Headlights with HIDs
Poll: Headlights
civic headlights
Hey.. alright got a problem with the damn headlights
Anyone have these projector headlights?

This thread is closed, because the vendor does not deserve to be smeared. Instead of trying to repair and buy parts to install the lights, you should have talked to the shipping company or autocity immediately. He's offered a refund. I suggest you contact him if you want to work the details out.
