As stated above, I called today and talked to Joe. He was more than helpfull and got everything sorted out. I understand about the backorder issue, theres nothing that could have been done to prevent it. And after the explanation about the shipping problem I understand completly. Thank you, Joe, for your assistance. After speaking with you I was :).

glad to hear things were cleared up for you

if others have issues or things they need cleared up - PM myself or the vendor. I will try to do what I can to help get answers.

When he called he mentioned not one word about being upset or anything in regards to this post. When I pulled his file to give him the information on the status of the delivery I noticed the order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago. I apologized for the hold up and explained to him that it was unacceptable that he should have to wait that amount of time for the delivery. I then offered the customer free shipping and wholesale cost on his next purchase to hopefully make up for the inexcusable hold up. He seemed to be happy with this and everything should be worked out at this point. Keep in mind guys we do not always have control over when something ships out, a lot of the time if we don’t have the items here we have to count on the manufacturer or distributor to ship out in a timely fashion in our behalf. If you have an issue like this there is always someone on the other end of the phone willing to try our best to end the situation with you as a happy customer.

Thank You

^ GREAT GUY PEOPLE. GREAT SERVICE, STILL WAITING FOR MY KIT THOUGH.

I have to say that I am sorry for your problem with ACI. Joe was more than helpful and was a very good guy. Once you get the fogs you will be happy. I promise.
