As stated above, I called today and talked to Joe. He was more than helpfull and got everything sorted out. I understand about the backorder issue, theres nothing that could have been done to prevent it. And after the explanation about the shipping problem I understand completly. Thank you, Joe, for your assistance. After speaking with you I was :).

I have to say that I am sorry for your problem with ACI. Joe was more than helpful and was a very good guy. Once you get the fogs you will be happy. I promise.
