Does this exhaust comes with a silencer? If not, is there other HKS exhaust has one?

no this does not include a silencer although we do carry an HKS silencer that will fit in this tip. This is a 120mm tip and we have a flat black HKS silencer that you can purchase along with this exhaust. The silencer is $40 and is not currently on our website so if you would like to add it please just phone in your order and we can help you out.

I have this exhaust. No need for a silencer, it is almost as quiet as stock until you hit VTEC, but even there my intake is louder than the exhaust. Very quiet. My best mod so faar. HKS FTW!

Yep, I have this exhaust too. Love it! Quiet with normal driving, but can scream when you push it in VTEC!

For those on the fence, I would recommend this to anyone. Bolts up perfectly to 2.5" header. With a race header this thing is pure sex. Nice deep sound, no rasp and WOT VTEC is enough to make the panties drop if you know what I mean.

Love the hks however it is not intended for boosted applications since it's not a true 2.5. But it's the best sounding exhaust for mature audiences.

actually if you check the HKS ti thread there is a guy that measured the Inner Dia. and its actually bigger toward the header than some of the 70mm, (which are actually around 65mm ID) and tapers down to about a 62mm ID toward the muffler to reduce sound so you should be pretty good boosted unless you wanna get a 3in. but Im no guru just passing on what Ive read do please correct me if Im wrong. I learn better that way

There's been some mixed feedback on the sizing of the exhaust, HKS does list as a 65mm. I'm willing to trust HKS as they've been in the game a long time. I think they were attempting to make a good middle of the road exhaust, good size piping w/o overbearing sound. Unfortunately the size issue has affected the popularity of this system, I can't imagine picking the WS2 over this system, the fit, finish and sound is so much more superior IMO than any other exhaust of this style, NOTE I SAID STYLE, not all exhaust. I've fallen in love with the sound of this coupled with my header. Now get off the fence and buy this.
