Just wanted to give a shout out to you, maybe we can make this the "thank you" thread or something since it doesnt seem like there is one yet.

anyways, thanks for the S-techs... I got them about a week ago, and never came around to thanking you.

great price and service, especially since i'm in Canada.

HI, i got the gift certificate from the twelve days of x-mas, and i ordered a shift knob from you with the certificate, but i still havnt recieved it and i believe i place the order on or about the 20th of december, is there anyway you could look inot this for me? thanks!

EDIT: never mind, UPS made a mistake and shipped it to the wrong address. AutoCityImports.com is a great company.

I ordered the Seibon OEM Carbon Fiber hood the other day. I just recieved a call saying it was out of stock, but they would switch to VIS OEM Carbon Fiber hood and cover the difference. That's good service! Thanks!

Just wanted to let everyone know about my recent experience with ACI, which was nothing less than excellent!

I bought a few parts from them, only to find out that they were on backorder after making my payment. Joe called me back with the bad news, and I could either wait it out, or get a full refund. Since I'm an impatient guy, I decided to go elsewhere for my parts - and Joe was very prompt with refunding my money (and without hassle at all).

Needless to say, ACI/Joe was extremely professional throughout and I will definately be buying from them again in the future (if my parts are in stock, haha). ACI is definately here for the long haul.

Hate to be the Debby Downer of the bunch but, 10 days now and no intake? I ordered it on the 22nd of August, granted there was a holiday weekend but Fedex and UPS were still delivering. On top of it, you had discontinued items listed on the website that I was putting in my cart and didn't know about it until I received the invoice. Hopefully the intake will be here soon; for 18 bucks shipping you would have thought it to be faster than ordering from a place that offers free shipping.
