So I was finally able to take some time to look through the install Best Buy did. I noticed that the 20pin amp connection was connected to the System Remote control. Looking through the Jepetto's install guide it needs to be connected to the ACC wire that connects to the F90Bt. I can post some pictures it anyone needs too, but what does everyone think. Like I said before I sux at this but I'm good at giving it a shoot.
Let me know once again thanks for everyone’s help!

Would it matter if I'm using the metra 70-1722 or the bypass connection? I tried just moving the connection and my radio wouldn't turn on wonder if I did something stupid! Thanks for your help Joon

I'm guessing this is similar to installing a F700BT?

The hardware mod is indeed different as another poster mentioned. After you ground the parking break wire, you have to move the yellow/gray mute wire as the OP mentioned. However, it goes to a different spot on the f90bt. Here is a thread explaining: AVIC411.com • View topic - AVIC "F" Series Bypass (Picture Guide)

A software mod will also work.

I have the "premium sound system" in my '08 coupe. Has anyone used the Scosche ha10b? I'd rather bypass the factory stereo and use the higher quality Pioneer that I just paid for. I'm assuming the sound quality would be much better than integrating with the factory amp. If anyone has done this I'd like to know how it turned out. Is the amp located underneath the center console?

I'm 100% sure since I triple checked the wires. Red ACC wire from the headunit is wired directly to the amp signal wire. When I remove the wire, I have no sound at all...
