Some people claim that you can buy an adapter unit at say crutchfield. I have never seen anyone pull this off for a honda. I bet $2 the merger gets barred

PM me for my paypal account At my last managers meeting the operating channels director for Sirius Radio already was explaining how the content would be combined and that all exsisting XM and Sirius equpment will be supported. Merger is done Sirius pwnes XM, it's just a matter of some FCC crap and the roll out.

The FCC in 1997 when they were granting the frequencies made the companies agree that they would not merger. The shareholders have a vote coming up in november to approve the merge at a share level...


Hope it works out, sirius has a $399 lifetime activation option available right now through customer service (acct terminations dept) that can be split over 4 payments, so I hope to see adding the XM in the HCH as a family acct.

I'll take this time to introduce myself. My name is David I have a 2005 Chevy Vette that came with XM and after hating it for the 2 weeks it was in there I upgraded to the Sirius by simply pulling a piece of the carpet back then unpluging the XM box and plugging in the Sirius box...it was really that easy. So now to my point --> my gf has a 2006 Civic EX Coupe w/o NAV and she loves my SAT radio so I'm trying to get it for hers but seeing as how hard it would be just to giver her better music I'm almost discouraged from it. Isn't there an easier way?

I've got XM in my 06' Accord and just installed Sirius in my 08' Civic coupe. Anybody that tells you they'd rather listen to old-fashioned terrestrial radio has got a screw loose. jmho
