cd/dvd deck installation

does anyone know whether or not i can still use the buttons on my steering wheel to control my music if i install a cd/dvd deck?

there is a steering wheel adapter sold by crutchfield. its a little pricey but worth it if the steering wheel controls are important

I hooked up a dual din screen up no navi in a 2008 honda civic 2dr coupe... my harness only hookS the power but what do i do with the other harness for audio.....

Plugs into the factory harnesses and gives you RCA out. Also allows for you to use the existing speakers if you should choose.
