Seriously? I see FD2Rs all the time. In fact I saw two different Mugen RRs in one trip out during the day - one in a parking lot at Tsim Sha Tsui, another at a garage down an alley in Kowloon Bay. There's also a white FD2R parked on Wai Yip Street (parallel to Kwun Tong Road) all the time too. Regular 8th gens are becoming more rare though, I think it has to do with the size getting bigger. There're Fits / Jazzes everywhere now though! |

ya... seems that mugen RRs are actually quite common now? Or maybe I just keep seeing those few that are around.
And there's still a fair bit of JDM muscle in Central... even though Ferarris and Lambos are quite common here as well. HK's just ballin'... |

It's just that it's a PITA to do so on a daily basis with the way traffic is over here. I opted for dual clutch since I've gotten back too. |

but they choose not to drive if they have a choice That's part of the reason why there's so few R32, 33 and 34 'real' GTR on the street, and there're a LOT of R35 on the street now |

Hong Kong's local Honda Dealer sells the FA1 only, I believe. From pics I think Ronnn's is FA1.
FD1 and FD2s are still available if bought from Japan, and can usually get licensed over here. Personally I wouldn't bother doing that for an FD1 though...FD2 on the other hand... *drool* |
