Can I use this IPF HIRs with my new Civic without replacing the stock wires and putting a relay?

Draw watts: 55w low, 65w high
output watts: 110w low, 130w high

At 4300Kelvin..

I'm running a set of HIR 9012 low beams without issue.. all that was required was a little bit of trimming on the tabs.
