Well to start, I don't have orders there yet, but it's a distinct possibility that I'll be moving to Yokosuka in May. I have no intentions of selling my car, but I wonder about the pros and cons of bringing it with. I also have a bike (09 Yamaha FZ6) and wonder about that too. The military will pay to ship one vehicle, but if I can take both I will.
Today I was talking to someone that used to live there and they said that my car would have to get inspected..particularly emissions. Right now I'm running with no cat. Doubt I'd pass an emissions test. Advice? Info? Suggestions? |
