I have Si wheels on my EX Coupe and I noticed no difference at all. It's only a few pounds difference, so I don't think it makes much difference. The wider, stiffer, lower-profile tires greatly improve the ride and handling of the car IMO.

Also keep in mind that Si wheels may not fit perfectly on other model Civics. You may need a set of 3mm wheel spacers on the front so the wheels don't touch the brake mounting brackets.
