I don't think there is much of any drone. You can still hear yourself talk and carry a conversation. Now I don't usually cruise at 120mph like you probably can on the Autobahn so the noise level may go up a bit at higher speeds.
At 75-80 mph it sounds great.
Personally if you are in Germany I would go with a quieter exhaust like the Greddy SP2 or the APEXI WS2. Both sitll sound pretty good but are a lot quieter than the Vibrant Exhaust. Even with your military plate you may still get a ticket for noise polution. And they take that stuff pretty serious over there. |
I'm in Kaiserslautern about an hour west of Frankfurt. I'm not really worried about the cops here, they don't bother us too much, and yeah taking the Si on the autobahn is really fun. I thought about those other exhausts you mentioned but I like they way the vibrant looks almost stock, I don't want a huge exhaust tip sticking out. I will have to look at them. I f i go with the greddy or apexi and decide to get the vibrant header/cat combo later will it still bolt up?
